These workshops focus on how and why sound therapy works and how to apply it.They are experiential so that you have an opportunity to realize the benefits of sound healing for yourself. With a focus on tuning forks and crystal singing bowls, these classes are perfect for anyone who is interested in stress reduction, pain relief, meditative practices and raising consciousness.

Sound Therapeutics Level I: Introduction to Sound Therapy with Tuning Forks

In this class we introduce you to different types of tuning forks and how they can assist in healing.

This workshop is experiential as well as informational. A large portion of the workshop is hands on work with tuning forks. During the class you will learn about the Otto, Solar Harmonic, Solfeggio and Fibonacci following tuning fork sets, when and how to use them.

Sound Therapeutics Level II: Healing with Crystal Bowls and Tuning Forks

This class is for those who have taken the Introduction to Sound Therapy with Tuning Forks, or have been using sound therapy in their personal or professional practice.Emphasis is placed balancing enegry centers known as chakras.

In this hands-on training you will learn how to open, connect, and balance chakras through the use of tuning forks and crystal bowls. This is accomplished through instruction and group and individual healing sessions where you will be working with the other participants and on yourself. During the class there will be a two-hour break when you will be asked to either do some yoga, walk, run or another exercise of your choice for grounding.

Sound Therapeutics and Consciousness

This workshop focuses on specific tuning forks and crystal bowls that help you to align with your inner guidance and the universal energy field. We will discuss the tools, learn when and how to use them and experience them in a group and during individual work on each other.

Crystal Singing Bowl Meditation

Experience the harmonic properties of Crystal Singing Bowls as they bring the vibration of our bodies more into alignment. Thoughts and intentions are creative vibrations. The intention of the Crystal Singing Bowl Meditation is to create an opening for participants to join together to amplify their heart’s desires.

This meditation is an opportunity for transformation. You are invited to experience deep relaxation and to connect with your own wisdom and intuition. You will be guided to feel your intentions and to then release them on the harmonic vibration of the alchemical bowls.
