Facilitating Groups

Field Center Certified Facilitating is a gentle but effective method for helping you move into deeper alignment with your true desires. It can be used individually, with couples, partners or in group settings. Facilitating is not therapy; it is an educational approach to increased alignment and fulfillment.

Facilitating Groups are teleclasses offered to anyone who would like an ongoing opportunity to gather with like-minded individuals to take advantage of Facilitating sessions at a cost that is lower than Individual Sessions and to benefit from the group intention for deeper alignment. In the Facilitating Group teleclasses, we facilitate for whomever in the group is experiencing a desire to resolve a current problem or has uncertainty about next steps. Often, whatever issue is facilitated speaks to others on the call.

Next Steps Facilitating Group

Next Steps gives those who have not taken the Field Center Course the opportunity to work in a live "classroom" setting.

The benefits of Next Steps include

• a live weekly “classroom” setting for eight weeks
• weekly Facilitating as needed or wanted
• regular meetings with like-minded people
• local/nonlocal efficiency of group Facilitating (the synergistic effect that happens through which a number of people in a group are spontaneously Facilitated when any one of them is)
  

There are no prerequisites. Next Steps groups are open to anyone who has not taken the Field Center Course on conscious creating.

Practicum

Practicum gives those who have completed the Field Center Course the opportunity to apply their Field practice in a group setting with other Course graduates.The group sessions are designed to help students clear counterintentions, shift into a preferred version of self, release resistance, and discover expanded contexts of awareness and meaning in order to open increasingly to alignment and fulfillment through the workings of Field efficiency.

As space is limited to twelve students, we encourage registering early. Again, completion of the Field Center's eight-week curriculum is prerequisite.

Terms of Participation in Facilitating Groups

The following terms have been created for the benefit of all participants

• Participants will call a couple of minutes before the hour so as not to disrupt the flow of the session
• A good phone connection is required, generally land lines are best. Cell phones are acceptable as long as you are in an area with a consistently strong signal
• Participants will treat the facilitators and each other with respect at all times
• Participants will not share the bridge number with anyone else
• Sessions cannot be recorded

About The Field Center Course

The Course is an eight week self-study program on CD with support materials. It was created by Philip Golabuk founder of the Field Center.

Completion of The Field Center Course is a prerequisite for Practicum Facilitating.
