Physical alignment occurs when our body's vibration is aligned with the vibrations of our natural environment. Walk in the woods, by the ocean or even in a city park and notice how you feel. Many feel a sense of calm and relaxation. This is our natural vibration, our natural alignment.
The stress of the typical day can take us out of alignment with nature. Stress associated with work, raising children, financial pressures or the person who bumped into you on the street can cause us to alter our vibration out of its natural alignment. Extreme or extended stresses will eventually cause physical and or emotion illness.
Through sound therapy, you can reconnect to your natural vibrations, to your healthy and natural state. Many have been able to relieve pain, find closure to traumatic events or simply find a deep sense of relaxation, inner silence and inner peace.
About Sound Therapeutics Sessions
Sound Therapeutics sessions use vibration therapy to re-tune your body back to its natural vibration. We have found that the most effective method to bring the body back into alignment is with tuning forks and crystal singing bowls.
These tools assist you to:
- Reach a deep state of relaxation
- Reduce stress, physical tension and pain
- Increase your level of physical energy and mental concentration
- Bring your nervous system into balance
The energy and vibration of the pure quartz crystal bowls resonate with the body's crystalline nature to create an opening for greater alignment. Michael and Theresa also select different tuning fork frequencies to assist the individual to relax into a space where they can continue the process of awareness, healing and transformation.
Each session and experience is unique and specific to the person’s intentions. We hold the space for your healing with neutrality. Some experience a reduction in physical pain; some find a place of deep relaxation and inner silence. Either way, the mind and body are quieted so the heart can reveal the truth.
Location
We are located in Belmont, Massachusetts and are booking appointments Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Evening appointments can sometimes be arranged.
